Welcome to Mojok Safari Solutions. By booking a safari with us or using our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. A deposit of 70% of the total safari cost is required to confirm a booking.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the safari start date.
1.3. For bookings made within 7 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.4. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
Prices are quoted in USD ($) & Euro (€) and are subject to change based on exchange rates, park fees, and supplier costs.
The package price includes:
- Accommodation as per the itinerary
- Meals (as specified in the itinerary)
- Park entry fees
- Transport during the safari
- Game drives with a professional guide
The package price excludes:
- International flights
- Visa fees
- Personal expenses (laundry, drinks, tips, etc.)
- Travel insurance
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations by the Client
- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Cancellations by Mojok Safari Solutions
- We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, a full refund or alternative safari dates will be offered.
- No-shows are considered as cancellations and are not refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after cancellation approval.
4. Changes & Modifications
4.1. Date changes are allowed up to 10 days before departure, subject to availability and additional costs.
4.2. If a client wishes to modify the itinerary, any additional costs incurred will be paid by the client.
5. Travel Documents & Insurance
5.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, necessary visas, and vaccinations.
5.2. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
6. Liability & Responsibilities
6.1. Mojok Safari Solutions is not responsible for:
- Any loss, injury, or damage to property during the safari.
- Delays or changes caused by third-party service providers, weather, or government regulations.
6.2. While we take all necessary precautions, wildlife encounters carry inherent risks. Clients must follow guide instructions at all times.
7. Health & Safety
7.1. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before the trip.
7.2. We advise clients to take necessary vaccinations (e.g., yellow fever, malaria prophylaxis) as per travel requirements.
8. Photography & Marketing
8.1. We may take photos/videos during safaris for promotional use. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country]. Any disputes will be resolved through [arbitration/courts] in [Location].
